One of my website's URL is not being indexed, all other pages of the websites are fine
(edit by mod - link not permitted in post)

It's not being blocked by the robot.txt
It is in the XML site map
It has external links pointing to it
It's indexed in Bing
I requested indexation via search console
It is available to Google (see screen shot below)
It has unique content

I am baffled. Can somebody help?

How old is the website? It can take a little time for a new site to be indexed completely.

The requested indexation via search console is being updated. Have you tried to resubmit your sitemap?

If it's a new website, it may take some time to be indexed.

How old is the piece of content? Sometimes it just takes Google a while to discover the piece of content I'm afraid.

Since 2020 Feb it should of been indexed by now. Have you setup Google Search Console? It indexes a lot faster using Google Search Console.

Many factors can lead to your site not being indexed (for Google I assume). According to Google it can take up to a few weeks for your site to be inside the search engine. https://support.google.com/webmaster.../7474347?hl=en

Also some security issues within your website might be blocking the site from being crawled and indexed.

Did you buy an expired domain name that's been banned (deindexed) by Google before?

Google has been having problems with there indexing service, they said it will be corrected in a few weeks. I heard sitemaps submit in GSC works great to get your stuff indexed faster.

Sometimes what happens new sites take time to index; it's easy to crawl but take time to be indexed. Indexed generally takes one month.

    There are several things that can affect the indexing of a website;

    1) If the website is still new, then it can take some time, but continuously posting will increase the chances of it getting crawled faster.

    2) Check with the Wayback machine to see the history of the domain to see if it is still new. If the domain is still new and was previously deindexed by Google, then it would be a good idea to focus on getting a different domain.

    3) you can increase the crawl rate and its chances of indexing by submitting an XML sitemap. Also consider manually submitting the url on GSC. That usually works.

    4) Content uniqueness. You have mentioned that your content is unique. Have you checked using copyscape? Writing an article and getting it from a writer without actually confirming can be the cause.

    5) Make sure that your site is secure. i.e have an SSL (https)

Hi! Thank you for all the replies!
I checked, it is in the google search. The bad thing is that, it is far behind the others, and many sites are shown in the search first, which are not good matches for the keyword. That is the real issue I am facing.
Does anyone know by heart which thread could help me for moving on? I raised this question in "What Am I Not Doing Right?", but if there is an other one, I would happy to check it.
Thanks guys! This is really grate to have you here!

You should create your own thread instead of hijacking other members threads.
Create a thread in the Search Engine Optimization forum.

We will need to see your personal site and posting a link to your site is against the forum rules, so create a forum signature with a link to your site or in your profile edit "New Warrior Member" to reflect your personal website.

Post your problem(s) and be as specific as possible. For example: state the specific URL that you are referring to such as example.com/jokes

Since you are asking about the Google Search Engine (SERP) we will assume you want organic traffic and will need to know if you are using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc. Be prepared to answer some question, so you can help us - help you and be prepared for some tough love

yes, I wanted to create a new thread, and my intention was never to hijack anyone's own topic. (Sorry if I did it!)
However, I wasn't able to do so, because I got a notification that I cannot open a new thread yet, and then when I tried to share the url they deleted the whole post... so I started asking here and there, and I was very happy that you gave great comments and was interested in.
I will create the new thread if I am able - and have the time to write a detailed summary
        Have a nice day!

when I tried to share the url they deleted the whole post.
Because members are not permitted to link to their sites in discussion posts....which you would know if you read the rules.

No one's out to get you or any other new member - but moderators do enforce the rules so good to know what the limitations are.

my time is consumed by trying to create relevant backlinks...

That's why we call it 'working' online. i think many new marketers are surprised at the amount of tedious work required to get traction online.

nah, I don't want to be offtopic

    Hi JokesJ,

    My apologies.

It has been explained to me that the forum rules will not allow us to help you since you cannot post a link to your site other than a image signature that you will have to pay for.

    Best of luck,
    Jeffery

A TEXT signature is $5 - and you can put the url to your site there. You don't have to buy the more expensive 'image' signature.

The rule I mentioned is in the updated text rules developed a few weeks ago - I was not aware they had not yet been added to the forum. Sorry about that - but it is a rule.

I would think the 'search engine marketing' section might have some advice to help you. I was teasing about backlinks - yes, they are boring but yes they are useful.

    The question you are asking:

The bad thing is that, it is far behind the others, and many sites are shown in the search first, which are not good matches for the keyword.

Is your site newer? less backlinks? less traffic? are you talking about only one keyword?

First of all, if your website is new then it will take some time to complete its indexing process. My website Menuprices.pk was also not getting index but I kept publishing new and new articles and now my every link is being indexed rapidly.

Amazon indexed my site, (forum) almost straight away after registering the domain name and locking in the newservers, without me asking.

    And the WHOIS, is private!

And if you are with Hostgator, l believe that they offer a $35 service to index your site, (SSL Certificate). Their free SSL Cert, service is rubbish.

I would suggest you to wait for some time because google takes time to get your website listed. Also, the indexing request feature in GSC is disabled for maintenance.

Hello, Nicoco sometimes google takes too long time to indexed. I think it's solved now. Right?? If not, the website's content should be updated with Google's optimized content. Like, try to increase the readability score and Use proper heading, subheading. Use a minimum of 500 words of content on every inner page. And add 1000 words of content to your home pages. That will help you to get a good response.

    Thanks for sharing your issues..
