ADMIN : Warrior Forum Frequent Database Error

Hi Allen,

Thanks for working so hard to make this forum a better place for us.

I have a feedback for you.

Today I was experiencing the worst database error.

I was not able to access the forum for the past 30 mins or so.

This is the error that I saw:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\warriorforum.com\httpdocs\includ es\class_core.php on line 408

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\warriorforum.com\httpdocs\includ es\class_core.php on line 3170
Other issues I face:
1. Loading speed of pages is really very slow and normally end up with error

2. I attempted to open a new browser, hoping that it can resolve the matter. But still error and connection fail.

I am not sure if other Warriors are experiencing the same thing.

I did a check with Bev and Zerofill (Donald). They have these problems too.

Not too sure what are the other issues other Warrior encounter.

Thanks again for your dedication in making this community a better place for us, Warriors!

John

My feedback: I'm also experiencing this problem.

Now it's getting more frequent. I would say at least 1-2 times every 2 days.

And that's during the supposed "off-peak" period, where only Asians are loading the forum.

      Hey Guys,

I also notice the forum giving errors and it is so damm slow
      for some reason.

Today it's been the slowest it's ever been, I guess Allen
have to do some debugging on the database.

Me too, and a bunch of people on Twitter were saying they couldn't get in. But right this minute it seems to be working.

Problems here too about one hour ago.

        Had to give up.

        Couldn't even properly log out.

Before I started this thread, I thought only I am experiencing it in Singapore.

I just had this message a while ago.

          Network Timeout

The server at www.warriorforum.com is taking too long to respond.

The requested site did not respond to a connection request and the browser has stopped waiting for a reply.

          * Could the server be experiencing high demand or a temporary outage? Try again later.
          * Are you unable to browse other sites? Check the computer's network connection.
          * Is your computer or network protected by a firewall or proxy? Incorrect settings can interfere with Web browsing.
          * Still having trouble? Consult your network administrator or Internet provider for assistance.
          Hope it gets better soon.

This has been posted like three times already, (one being by me) so yeah me too.

The error usually appears for only about 5 minutes so no worries.
