What Repeat (revenue generating) Tasks Do You Give Full-Time Developers When They Have No Work Left?
I have a publishing company and have a full-time developer that often don't have enough work to do.
On days when he runs out of work and tasks to do, I think he just sits around and doesn't do much. I like him and he does good work (and I want to keep him full-time) but obviously, this isn't a good use of company time, his time, or my money/investment into him.
So my question is, what repeat tasks can I give him when he runs out of work? Ideally these are would be tasks that generate revenue and he could keep turning back to when he runs out of work. I'd be interested in any and all revenue generating tasks online (even if they're not directly related to developing websites).
Thank you for your recommendations!
