Dilemma: Which of these offers is the best?

Hello...

I have built several ready made WordPress affiliate websites. They are in several niches, and include content. They are in "template" format and can be deployed on any blank WordPress site easily.

I need some help on how to structure an offer to sell them.

Here are some ideas I have:

Offer 1 - "You can buy the niche affiliate sites you want":

Have all the sites presented on a single page where people can check the sites they want and buy them in one go for their personal use.

The drawback is that most affiliate networks like Clickbank, JVZoo and W+ don't really support this function, so it would be tough to get affiliates to promote this offer.

Affiliate systems for "marketplaces" like the one I mentioned would be self-hosted, and affiliates may not trust me initially (which is understandable), so it would be hard to get them to sign up.

Offer 2 - "You can buy this niche affiliate site bundle":

Launch a bundle of, say, 3 such ready-made affiliate sites for personal use. Another 3-site bundle could be an upsell. Launch on Clickbank, JVZoo or W+.

This is a simpler way to get affiliates, but customers wouldn't be able to choose individual sites.

Offer 3 - "You can sell these sites to clients or Flippa":

Same as "2" above but include "agency" or "white label" rights. Buyers would be able to sell unlimited such sites to clients, or on sites like Flippa.

In this case, the offer is geared less to affiliate marketers, and more to those who do client work. And of course the price should be higher.

What do you think?

I really appreciate your help!

In your shoes I would go the Flippa route first.
Get them on there and see what sells and what does not - rinse and repeat the successful ones.
You could then package x5 of the templates which are really hot and package them as starter sites and suitable for newbies. Add instructions on how to set them setup, do SEO, article adding and sell as a WSO

It'll take work, but could be a steady earner.

So, you prefer "offer 2"? May I ask why?

Why are you selling the sites?

Why not sell what the sites mean to your buyer?

Be an affiliate marketer without having to know how to build an affiliate site.

Just add your offers to one of these templates and you're ready to go.

(That kind of thing, just based on exactly what you give them.)

So, you would go with either options "1" or "2", correct? May I ask the reason? This is exactly where I'm stuck - can't decide which offer makes the most sense. :-)

I like your approach to selling the "result".

      Thanks!
