My entire approach to content has changed slightly lately, mostly due to the great advice here on a daily basis. Before, I would concentrate more on submitting articles to directories rather than posting them on my own site. My own site went almost 2 months without any new content - instead I just concentrated on building backlinks and driving traffic via EZA etc. A couple of weeks ago I decided to post regular content on my site - both to provide more value to visitors and to help rank higher in the SERPS. It feels good to know I'm gradually building the authority of my site - it's less than 3 months old, PR2, gets visitors daily(not as many as I would like), has built a reasonable list of subscribers and is actually now receiving most traffic via the keywords of the articles I post on there.
I was just wondering what YOUR approach is, once you have posted your article to your site. Do you social bookmark it? Do you rewrite it and post it at article directories/Web 2.0 properties? Do you E-Mail your list and direct them to it? My approach has simply been to automatically submit it to the various SB sites using Social Bot - nothing else

I just finished writing a new article, posted it on my site, and it struck me that I could be doing a lot more with my content than I am. I feel this is an interesting and useful article(I always strive for this) so it seems a bit silly to just post it, SB it then forget about it. Really interested to hear all the different approaches you guys have - what do you feel works best for you?
