Can anyone tell me how to hyperlink text in a YouTube description?

For instance in the description of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXTKxNFGpLM

    You are allowed 3 hashtags.

    These will naturally appear just below the video and be clickable.

    Like this:


    If someone clicks on a hashtag then they will see more videos on the hashtag topic.

    YouTube Chapters are like timestamps. They break up the video into bite sized pieces.

    The times become clickable automatically if set up right and take a viewer to the part of the video that is of interest to them

    To add other links, simply included the FULL url string.

    To your question how YouTube converts timestamps to hyperlinks, this is done on rendering of the page. They simply detect hashtags, or timestamps in your description and replace it with hyperlinks.

      I understand you want to raise your post count, but for goodness sake man, will you stop commenting on dead threads that have been answered... because you're pushing all the useless threads back to the top of the forum.
