    Chatbots are great. Actually using one myself at the moment. They are way more engaging than traditional ways of marketing.


    It's just more fun for potential customers to go through such a process.

    Timely post! I've been evaluating chatbots and looking for AI bots focused on product information versus customer support. We don't have a huge budget for this initiative, and are looking to track the roi of each engagement.
