Aweber - design issue

does anyone have a solution for this...

i want to have about 20 aweber checkbox form fields. Each checkbox will be a city. I want my subscribers to be able to choose one or many cities but ticking them.

do i have to do this with checkboxes? or is their a better solution to achieve this?
