If you had to use a brand tagline to define yourself, what'll you use?

I haven't really thought of a brand tagline to define myself, but I'd like to hear yours.

  • Hmm, not really sure but the tagline for the film about me said:

    "See Devil Reincarnated, in HD"

I'll save Claude (Sweeper Store) the trouble of doing his:

"Your go to guy for long hose, good suction and great on the stairs"

The Sweeper Store. If it sucks, I sell it.

(That's an actual tag line that the local radio station refused to use).

    "Service with a smirk".

(I really wanted to use that. But I knew some people wouldn't get it)

No, but I almost had a giant banner printed saying "Buy and then get out".

I thought it would be hilarious. My wife talked me out of it. She was right, of course.

Yeah, the brand tagline to define yourself was a hypothetical question asked as the topic of this thread and my Warrior Forum tagline here in the forum has had it there for many, many years. Direct response isn't about branding, but response. It doesn't matter if I put my forum tagline on a sales page or not for the relevant context of this discussion. (If you failed to click the order button after visiting the site you only made it half way.) Make sure you're just as "at the ready" with feedback about the email coaching once you take action and get results since you are the one to bring it up for discussion here. Then you can finally bring something appropriate for discussion here about how the brand is relevant to the results and not just some failed attempt at a "gotcha" that was irrelevant. Those don't work on me.

We should focus on something which represent our core values or which you can describe your company perfectly.
The tagline should be keyword focused or the one which matches your goal.

If I had business cards that I used for offline marketing consulting, I think the card would have my business name, personal name, and then "By referral only".

Why? It makes me hard to get. In demand. And obviously I do a good enough job that prospects pursue me. It also price conditions to a degree.

Depends. If she just popped in to your store for a pint of milk, it's probably a little OTT.

If you are not sure about the difference between these terms, you are not alone. ... The key is to know when and why each one of them are used: ... Taglines are right next to the brand and define it. ... There's no use copying others. ... or slogan, while "Make Yourself" or "Write the Future" would be claims.
