Hi guys. I have come across a web page in some website, one of those pages where the webmaster gives you instructions to link exchange. I guess you know those kind of pages, where they put the HTML code of their link in a text box so you can copy it and put it in your website. Well, this page in particular got my attention because when I refreshed the page the text changed to other, and again and again. I think that is pretty cool.
How is this done?

Hi guys.

Maybe this is a newbie question but, how do they do that?
That would be such a great help for me.
Thanks
