Wasting Money with PPC

I just received an email from someone who quite obviously clicked on one of my PPC ads

Sir ,
I can understand ur words,but i am helpless.
I am not having a single penny to invest.
i am in a great need for money............

if there is anyway i can earn money without investing
then please notify me.
THANK YOU

This makes me want to scream at the bloke

what a waste of my hard earned money. Only pennies admitedly, but .........

Hi Graham,

Talking about wasting money with PPC, I have heard of a company which run PPC campaign for customers don't use targeted keywords.

Their focus is just to bring as much traffic as possible to the customer's site.

Neither is the customer educated on targeted traffic.

My thought = waste of money too.
