Digital Product Selling Business

Hello,
As the title mentioned, my question is regarding the digital product selling business online.

I checked in fiverr, etsy etc and lots of other places where people are selling huge packages, bundles like 50,000 t-shirt mockups, 400 GB of graphics bundle (Not royalty free images but .psd, .cdr files also) etc. I am sure those products cannot be created by themselves as what they are providing is huge and take years to design.
Now my question is, from where they collect those products? How or do they get resell rights to sell those things on big platforms? without any copyright claims? Is there any website (Not mention about idplr etc as they don't provide this kind of stuff) who provide huge digital bundles with resell rights? Check those numbers I mentioned, they are not selling 100, or 500 mockups, but selling 50,000 mockups. All with psd and the package size is over 100GB etc.
( mod edit:links not permitted in posts) Please tell me how to start this business, means from where I will get them with resell rights? Please.

It is possible that someone created these either as plr or white label right so that the person selling them can sell again and again and again. And as for where to find them, ask old Mr. Google. That is what he is there for.

, marvel and DC characters. Another one selling 50 years of marvel and dc comics ebook collection. Over 200gb of data. Can you tell me, we can get those things with resell rights anywhere? Can Google help?

Deb, I would suggest that those people are probably not using legally licensed graphics from Disney. I saw some of the collections you mentioned on Etsy. There is no way they have the rights to sell those Mickey Mouse and other character graphics. They just haven't been caught yet.

Unless you can verify from legit sources like Disney themselves that you can sell those graphics, I would stay away but that's just me.

There's an old saying when it comes to messing with Disney: "Don't mess with the mouse."

It's highly unlikely that those Fiverr sellers have resell rights. Most of the time those bundle gigs are not legit and you could get in trouble using those products in yours. It's better safe than sorry.

Exactly. Thats what I want to know. If anyone provide resell rights of those products what things we should ask him and what kind of mail or license should we take from them? Can you tell me that please?

Go to a place like www.depositphotos.com and look at the type of licenses they have.

They call theirs standard and extended.

Read the extended... Those are the rights you want, no matter how they're called.

I personally wouldn't take the word of anyone on Disney character licensing including their things like Star Wars, etc. outside of their official website: https://www.disneystudiolicensing.com/

The links to who you should ask are included in that page.

I just can't imagine them saying to some guy, "yeah take 7,000 of our trademarked pictures and you can sell them to everyone you want for $17."

But I could be wrong. There is always a first time for everything.

You've Googled "public domain images" and didn't find anything? (I haven't Googled it, so I don't know, but I'd start there.)

Btw, I don't have a ton of experience on Etsy, but the impression I have is that it's less regulated than Fiverr. I've seen Fiverr's bots jump on an unwitting violation in a second. But I've seen people post all kinds of licensed images, characters, etc. on Etsy, and not one eyebrow is raised.

Absolutely. There are many things in etsy that are selling, like witchcraft ebooks, rare ebook libraries, I clearly have doubts how they get those resell licenses? Weird.

You should check out Resell Rights Weekly online! I have obtained most of my resale rights thru them and have sold alot of ebooks and software on ebay.
    Goodluck to you!
