It looks like you have been buying low quality
traffic and not getting good results. Sometimes
we try things that just don't work.

I suggest you spend a couple of hours reading
through this forum about methods that work.
And you should read a book on this topic as
well as other methods of passive income.

You need to learn the fundamentals so that
you can develop a system that generates
income for you.

Go to Amazon or wherever you buy your books
and search for titles such as "affiliate marketing"
  and/or "passive income."

I would advise you to do this before you try to
  get traffic/leads.

Do you have an affiliate manager at Paysale?
Are they providing you with any guidance?

The stuff that you want at low cost is usually garbage. I wouldn't waste your time and money on it.

You can start with the search feature above. Type in lead generation and you will get volumes of info on just about every form of Lead Gen.

They are not banning you if you build a simple website with a short explanation/ video and a button which leads to your offers.

Don't buy anything!

There's no need to spend money if you don't have to.

However, it sounds like you might have been buying bot traffic.

Go to YouTube and watch videos on Affiliate Marketing Traffic Sources.

Why spend money on books when you get to learn for free.

Don't get me wrong, there are some great books out there, but if you don't have the money to spend, learn what you can for free first and then move on from there.

Maybe you should spend more money on your traffic source, do some research, test different sources, because now it looks like that you have no live traffic.
It doesn't work like that, you can't get cheap and HQ traffic in the same time, if it's not SEO, which require a lot of time and efforts

The old saying is true:

" You get what you pay for".

Obviously this traffic is probably all robots and not real people.

You need to do proper research and adopt practices that actually work before joining the best affiliate programs. You will find a lot of material online.

Try to combine youtube and romantic stories. Stories always sell.
Don't put affiliate links directly on youtube or other social networks, create a prelanding page or a bridge page.

I would invest your time into reading books and acquiring knowledge before spending your money.

Chances are you will burn through your budget with nothing to show for it.

You need a strategy.

Thanks

Try Google ads, Microsoft Ads, BuySellAds, or find websites and blogs in your niche that you can advertise on. Its simple. Dont buy junk random traffic where the origin source doesnt make sense for your business.

Bad traffic? ....yes and not!
Conversions depend by many factors on your website, we can't say the problem is the traffic only.

PPCMate and Popcash were pretty good for me, and they send cheap traffic.

Maybe your space is too competitive or saturated? do you know your converting metrics well? Are you promoting an offer that is better than others?

Get conversions from Organic sources first and then buy good and targeted traffic and be aware of bot traffic.

Good luck

Thanks
