Who uses cPanelX?

I have very limited knowledge of html and website design, so I just use Justhost's cPanelX to edit and manage all my websites. But I think it's very limited. I don't know how to pout in a custom header or background?

Anyone here who uses it or that can tell me how you customize your website using it? Maybe even recommend some good free tutorials?

    I didn't even know cpanel could be used to edit/design websites A website with some REALLY good tutorials on html/css among other things is w3schools. This link will take you directly to the html tutorial HTML Tutorial

    And also you can google nvu website builder and that software is free.

    Too slow and cumbersome.

    What you should be investigating is using WordPress to set up sites. cPanel is essentially a site management tool not a design tool.

    I'd bet your host has fantastico and several free CMS scripts including WordPress that you can install.

    HTML is good to know... back in the day I hand coded everything, then went to Dreamweaver and Frontpage... along the way I realized I was spending way too much time on "Design" and not enough on Marketing.

    Now that Joomla, Drupal, WordPress are available I spend at the most an hour setting up a site... then I focus entirely on content and marketing.

    Take the time to learn WordPress and how to set it up and you'll be more productive.

    The only time I use cPanel to edit anything is if I want quick access to .htaccess.
