of them I was able to purchase this content.

I want to use all these contents as PLR.

I've done this before with public domain books.
And I think reports from 1997 are not that old
compared to books from 1920, lol!

The compiled list of biz-op is over a hundred years old. One very popular seller of this kind of information was George Haylings, who wrote and sold these reports on X number of business ideas via mail order, primarily from the teensy weensy little classified ads in magazines.

He was just one of many.

And they made money. One guy, less than ethical, was Chase Revel, who sold these little reports one off and then in bundles and founded ENTREPRENEUR magazine, where one could buy these business start-up manuals. He, too, had some success.

In 1988, I wrote around 3 maybe 4 dozen of these little reports, on assignment, and used a 5.25" floppy disk and a word processor with a little two inch x 7" screen and I think maybe wordstar. I would bet a dollar, some of those are on this thing with the 2000.

When the pc's started selling, these were popular items sold on the bulletin boards, before the world wide web happened.

In modern, Internet times, it is still going strong. The compiled business opportunity. In fact, I am still involved in it.

But to the question as WHY?

Hope springs eternal, as the WF has shown us for 2 decades now.

There will always be an evergreen market of either newbies, who may be desperate, or seekers/searchers for something better to do to make their money...or people tired of working and they

that there is some secret sauce out there, a magic bullet or two, or a bean for the less violent.

And maybe within the babble of those 2,000 reports, an Aladdin lamp will be discovered.

Then add in this:

You can resell it. To people just like you. It is an evergreen market. You can charge whatever you want...then you STACK the value (not as revolutionary as IM gurus make it out to be)...and say people paid 7 dollars each for these, so you get 14k worth of content to resell for only 19.95 or just 5 first class stamps.

HOPE. Albeit, of a magical nature. HOPE, which isn't going anywhere soon, and so the market will always be with us.

But, I could be wrong.

Yes, I really wanted to because I have a very specific project in mind. And I'm sure I'm going to make some money with it.

I'll give you a little feedback when I've put my project into action in a few weeks.
