Can someone make sense of this?

In this theme the title/logo is an image, which means you will need an image editor to add your own text. You can do this by opening the blank logo image located at Photoshop Files/logo_blank.gif, or by opening the logo PSD file located at Photoshop Files/logo.psd. Replace the edited logo with the old logo by placing it in the following directory: theme/eNews/images. If you need more room, or would like to edit the logo further, you can always do so by opening the original fully layered PSD file located at Photoshop Files/eNews.psd

Can someone help me undertand what it is I have to do please?

I am trying to change the logo/title of my wordpress blog in a new theme but things like:

P.S. I have looked in my ftp but can't find any of these. Nor can I find any of them in theme editor in dashboard.

    Do you have your own logo or are you using one from Wordpress, dont know if those can be edited, Or if you have a theme you are trying to upload, the folder is probably
    located within the wordpress folder on your hard drive/or server.

    "Photoshop Files/logo_blank.gif"

    That would be the folder where the images are stored, probably on your hard drive if not, you may have to download the Logo_blank file from your server, back to your
    computer and them using Photoshop or Gimp, Edit the graphic the way you want.

    Try running a search on your hard drive for a PhotoshopFile folder. or logo_blank.gif file
