Why I LOVE Internet Marketing

Last week I started work on my new IM project. First off I began brainstorming domain names. I picked one, looked to see if it was available and registered it. And this whole process took about 5 minutes from start to finish. How cool is that - to have your next business venture registered and ready to work on in less than 5 minutes?

I remember registering my own offline company in the UK when I had the idea of selling Ipods on Ebay a couple of years ago. I had to request a form through the post, book an appointment with a solicitor, visit the solicitor and fill in some paperwork. And pay both the solicitor and the government quite a bit of money for the privilege! It took hours too!

After the domain registration I decided that I had better get some graphics for the site. I remembered a guy on the Warrior Forum offering such a service out in Romania. So I skyped him and he replied instantly.

We had a quick chat about what I wanted and then he was off designing my graphics for me - hundreds of miles away in Eastern Europe.
After sitting down to eat some dinner and watching a little crap TV - I clicked back on my pc and my new found friend from Romania had completed the graphics and sent them to me.

I checked them out and was pleased with the results so paid him instantly by paypal. Job done in a couple of hours (most of which I wasn't even working) with the few clicks of a button on a Sunday night from the comfort of my own home.

Now what other business in the world can you get so much done, in so little time, at very low cost from your own home? And that's why I really LOVE the flexibility and ease of work in the IM world - don't you?

Cheers

John

I read something a few years ago that said the two biggest millionaire makers were Real Estate and Internet Marketing. Hmmm... lets see, with Real Estate I would have to take on a mortgage, deal with tenants, etc...

With Internet Marketing I can run my business without debt and expand as I can. No tenants to worry about. No property taxes (except that yearly domain renewal.)

And then tomorrow, if you like, you can do it again with a new project. That part I really do like about the number of opportunities available. Right now, I am teaching myself, to only take on one project at a time. And to complete that one before moving one to the next.

J...don't be afraid to take on more than one project at a time...most who are hitting 7 figures swear by this strategy...and when I was in the Army we called it concurrent activity. It will boost your productivity....just make sure you set deadlines.

There is a universal theory which states (something similar to)..If you set a deadline of 7 days you'll get it done in 7 days...but if you set it for 3 days you'll get it done in 3!

This is hands down the best business to be involved in and to so easily duplicate your efforts.

I love that it's remote. Grab an iphone and link it to your customer service webmail. Then go on vacation for 3 months with perfectly satisfied customers. That is my dream..

Jmichael, just out of curiosity, what do you consider to be a "completed" project? what constitutes finalisation (for you), or the point at which you can take your project no further?

        Thanks

What else is great about business on the internet is that my online businesses carry on earning me money even while I'm in the pub!

I love it for all the reasons you outlined, in addition to the fact that I can set it up to run for months unattended and I can work from anywhere in the world.

OUR LIVES ARE SO FLIPPING GREAT!!!!

Why I love it is because beside marketing to the anyone thru the net, we can also leverage on resources from anyone thru the net.

Talking about flexibility, we get to work from home in our pajamas. :p

Our allowance is proportional to our performance and it is not like a job with a maximum pay no matter how hard we work.

I love Internet Marketing because it offers you the ability to make your own hours, work for yourself, enjoy your life and do what you want to do when you want to. Also, the idea of making money around the clock even "while you sleep" is very intriguing! These are just some of the things that I love about IM!

God you people make me so jealous.....yet so inspired!!!!

I've been lurking around the WF for about two months, trying to take in as much as I can (major overload!). I'm a noob at IM, but feel like my skills and knowledge are improving. If I can ever get to the point where I can quit my J.O.B. (Just Over Broke) and pursue IM as my career, I think I would spend days just crying because of sheer joy.

The freedom to work when and where you want while still making a great income? Man, just the thought makes me feel overwhelmed with excitement! THAT is why I love internet marketing....and at the moment, compared to you all, I suck !

Not just me who loves IM then! I tend to find that doing more than 1 project at once though tends to be counterproductive for me - but that's just my personal take.

I love IM because it allows me flexible hours - I don't need to be up at the crack of dawm on the cold UK winter mornings but can work late at night when I get peace and quiet. Isn't also great that we can work anywhere in the world with a internet connection! [8D]
