I get a message saying Firefox had a problem and crashed. We'll try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts.
to help us diagnose and fix the problem, you can send us a crash report.
But it doesn't seem to be working and it is getting annoying.

Can someone please help?

Thanks

Your heading states that you have trouble with Gmail, so is it Firefox or Gmail?

Older versions of Firefox crash on some computers when .pdf files are downloaded direct from the browser.

If your browser crashes, simply try reloading it, before you do anything else.

If your Internet connection has gone down then you will have to re-start it.

If your Internet connection is not connected, then sending a 'crash report' is pointless. Just cancel it.

Sometimes you may have to re-boot, or preferably re-start your computer. if you are using the latest version of FF, then you will get the option to save your FF pages.

If you are not using the latest FF version, then be careful if presented with the option to save your FF pages, as you may be saving the page that caused your system to freeze in the first place.

Just my thoughts based on the limited information available.

    Best Regards,
    Jeff.
