How much does it cost to hire a Social Media marketing team for a blog?

Hi guys,

I have a blog that isn't doing too well and I want to hire a social media team to promote its content on different social media channels to not only gain traffic but also build SM following.

I want to know that how much does it cost to hire a decent SM team that can do that for me?

Second, what should I expect from them and how much time should I provide them before actually seeing the results?

Thank you.

There's no definite price. It depends on your specific needs. Suggest you start looking for socmed teams or freelancers now.

Noted. What I want to know is that what should I demand from them? I mean should I demand traffic to my blog or increase in following, etc.

        You already stated your objectives:

I want to hire a social media team to promote its content on different social media channels to not only gain traffic but also build SM following
So now you discuss this with the team before hiring, and come up with a cost and timescale to achieve a set of measurable metrics agreed in advance by both parties.

The social media marketing team would need to be hired at the cost of $1,000 per month. It would cost the company more money than the team was worth if they tried to grow organically, relying on organic growth only. But given that the business owner is willing to pay, this marketing team can generate organic revenue for the company by using social media. This will keep them from having losses because of their inability to grow sales due to their small size and lack of resources. When it's a good idea for your business, go ahead and hire an expensive new employee.

It all depends on your business objective and what actually you are looking to achieve. Because you know your business more than anyone else and what type of customer you need... It is better to share your objective with a social media marketing expert and tell him you are looking to achieve in the next 6 Months. Then he will be able to tell you the plan and structure and charges based on your requirements and nature of business.

It depends on the location, requirements etc. Be sure to check out their reviews first.

With the number of types of services you can purchase, there is no specific average. Monthly costs can range anywhere from around $299 for really basic social media services up to $15,000 for comprehensive packages for your business. Yes, that's an incredible range

I would first become familiar with each platform and decide which would be the best fit for your niche. Some are image focused, some video but most all love infotainment. Content that gets them to stop scrolling.

There are many one person agencies who will then outsource the tasks after making a deal. Drop servicing.

Not always the case but this is perfectly normal as long as you are satisfied with the upfront arrangements and results.
