Step 3: Set Your Goals
GOALS will help to keep your business on track.
Break the goals into 3 parts:
Financial Goals - Set profit and revenue goals. Competitor analysis helps here.
Customer Goals - plan for how you'll get new leads and customers.
Price Goals - As prices change over time, review your prices and adjust accordingly.
Step 4: Create a Social Plan
Consider leveraging and building your business for growth on social media.
Put together a comprehensive social media plan that includes posts, new platforms, and advertising
Step 5: Pinpoint New Products & Services
The beginning of the year is a great time to consider launching that next amazing product or service that you've been considering.
Focus on innovation, diversification, and also seeking and penetrating new markets.
