Checking for IP Diversity

Is there a way to have Google display the IP address for each of the listings?

I've read that when looking for backlinks, you want IP Diversity, but I have no idea how to easily check for that.

What is it that you exactly want ? Do you want to check whether the ip's of the given pages that you are going to put ur link on are different ?

Maybe i can create a script for the same .

    Let me know.

just use different websites, I usually set up different free blogs, squidoo, hubpages, each one will have different IP adresses. the main thing is not to be the same IP adress as your own domain, so don't create multiple sites on the same hosting acount just for links.

Perhaps this nifty little site I found once will be useful to you; it has a script set up to do just that. The results are instant and the service is free: Convert Host/Domain Name to IP Address and vice versa

What I'm HOPING to do is somehow, in the Google listing, display each link's IP. SEOQuake, for example, will show each site's PR and Alexa without having to visit the site. I'm trying to figure out how to do the same thing with an IP.

Well you wouldn't have to visit each site to use the link I gave you, but you would have to copy and paste each domain name you wanted to check into their script window. Certainly a tool that evaluated the whole search results list directly would be better. I'll check back here with great interest in the near future in the hope someone is able to provide one.

      Good luck,
