YouTube Marketing: How best to get to the next level?

Hello fellow warriors, I'd like to ask any kind youtubers for assistance.

I run a youtube channel which generates decent monthly affiliate based revenue, not sponsor per video, but I'm really wanting to take it to the next level. Are there any pro youtube marketers on this forum or those who can point me in the right direction to any well respected courses on youtube marketing?

If it helps, my channel currently has roughly 45K subs, 15M total views, less than 90 videos, website mailing list has roughly 12,500 subs, so in that region. My website is 100% dependent on youtube as it hardly receives traffic from any other source. Also, I can't outsource the content creation as it sits in a tight niche, I have to make each video personally which can take anything between 5 days and two weeks+ to create including edit. Many videos with 100K+ views, some over 500K views and a few over 1M views each.

Any help or advice to learn more about youtube in detail to get ahead would be much appreciated. I don't even pay attention to my youtube analytics which is of course ridiculous. Thanks, Marc

If your channel is niched enough you could greatly increase your revenue by promoting high ticket products in addition to what you already promote.

The good thing is that you do not need additional traffic, just finding a suitable $999+/month product. It also helps that you already have an email list, so you you optimize your communication with your list, they might be willing to spend on your high ticket promotions.
NB:I used $999 as an example, you can decide what you think is a high ticket product in your niche, just use the concept.

I don't know of any course specific to you tube but I highly recommend you checkout other channels in your niche and see how they are doing things. I have learned a lot from other people in my space in regards to you tube marketing.

Also, can you post a link to your channel?

Why not work your mailing list to 'viralize' your videos through contests or some other crowdmarketing strategies?
