How are potential purchasers meant to figure out who your professional services firm is if you don't know who it is?
They're unlikely to try. They'll overlook you in favor of more tangible possibilities.
It's never a good business strategy to appear desperate. If you give the impression that you'll take everything that walks through the door, you'll come across as a bargain basement bin.
How will you decide on continuing education to invest in for yourself or your staff if you don't have a focus?
Trying to be a jack of all trades will result in you becoming a master of none.

Great article indeed, thanks for sharing it, it looks like it was really written by some expert in this field, as the data are structure very good and the point is explained in details. I would say that good and experienced marketers can always find a way to get to know their audience even without the help of cookies and some third-party services. The trick is in finding way to engage them, testing new things, targeting right keywords, making viral content and audience will be here, and we will be further able to analyze their behavior and adjust our content to fit their needs and interests more.
