Hi, i am doing SEO for my website. I won't tell the long story what happened but straight will ask the question: For example if i make back links for mysite.com does will it affect www.mysite.com too? And if yes, will it affect both equally?

You will be able to find a tutorial online on this.
If you're using a run-of-the-mill hosting platform with either cPanel or Plesk, as well as most of the more popular proprietary ones, this is done automatically when they set up your DNS entries when you create the hosting account.

It'll be more of an issue if you have a dedicated host and no control panel.
