About backlinking nowadays

Hi, I bought 200 web 2.0 articles that contain backlinks to my site (many different keywords). I know how to get indexed those articles by Google. They are all dofollow backlinks.

Now the same guy sent this offer:

I have not built (or bought) backlinks for many years. So what do you think, is it a good idea to buy those 2250 backlinks. Google will not index those backlinks immediately, maybe after many months. My site is a few months old. I know this can hurt SEO and my site's ranking.

    Usually these claims of "Easy SEO Success" ― including lots of "backlinks" ― are actually somewhat of a scam. Like praetserge said, it wouldn't be considered "natural" to Google.

    My advice if you want to rank well in SERPS ... Then you have to play by the "rules." What are they? 1. Quality content (Not just "crap" pages for SEO) 2. Natural backlinks that are "diverse" (=Meaning not all the exact same "anchor text.")

    May I point out to you that some pages go viral, which, by definition means they get more than 2250 backlinks in a short period of time.


    As to buying the package, it's a waste of time.


    juha555 those backlinks are coming from pages with no SEO juice to pass to your site. The 200 you purchased are money wasted, the other offer is money wasted.


    Brand new pages do not help, brand new pages with one or two backlinks from brand new pages do not have SEO power.

    I don't think it will hurt your site if you are careful with your anchor text ratio and you can actually use packages like that to balance anchor text out if it's needed.

    Is it worth the money though when you already have 200 web 2.0 articles from the first order? Probably not. I would focus on more unique and niche relevant links from pages that get at least a little monthly traffic instead.

    I think you need to go with natural linkbuilding process. If you go with bulk of linkbuilding in limited time, this may harm your SERP. Also making of bulk activity all backlinks never meet the quality standard as you are looking for!

    I wouldn't do this. Could hurt your website. Do natural backlinking and have a long term plan. If Google and the search engines catch on then it could negatively affect your website.

    Now going days. If your website has do-follow backlinks from high-DA websites, then it will be good for website promotions. This way, you will be able to promote your website over search engines and you will get good traffic and backlinks that help increase your rankings. It is better for you if your executive provides you with backlinks manually with quality.
