Best pop-up Opt-in eMail?

I'm looking for a pop-up to greet a new reader of my website and ask for their eMail address. Want it to happen once and don't want to pay a monthly fee for an eMail campaign.

So far I've investigated:

  1. MailPress - no pop-up
  2. G-lock Double Opt-in Manager - no pop-up
  3. FasterIM Opt-in - (free and paid version) bugs with working with FreeAutoBot
  4. MaxBlog Opt-in Form Adder - no po-pup
  5. SendBlaster - like this pop-up and PC based eMail program but has too many bugs and the developers could care less
Anyone have any ideas?
