I think its a very high competition niche. Unless you have a good list of subscribers or if you have few thousand dollars for ppc , its really difficult to get traffic. I would suggest doing keyword research in same niche, gain subscribers and later send your offers to them .

The basic premise has been done successfully in a variety of ways.

They have a Free entry of course then upgrade levels like Gold and Platinum and of course if you upgrade and promote the Membership you get higher commissions.

Then you have a section on becoming an affiliate and detailed training for your membership program.

One very effective tactic is a Pop up Message that "Members Name" just made $100 commission and new names continue to pop up as commissions are made.
