Create video with text-to-speech plus stock video clips?

Hi, I'm looking for an app or SaaS solution where I can give it some text and have it convert it to speech and also be able to select a basic sound track and some stock video clips. I don't think I can post a link to an example here yet, but perhaps someone knows what I'm talking about and has some ideas for how to do this?

This is for video marketing - I'd like to be able to take a concept, such as how to bake a loaf of bread, and talk the user through the process of kneading, for example, and add to it a few stock video clips of someone baking in a kitchen, for example.

YouTube will allow text to speech but they may not monetize it.

It may be better to just hire a real person over at Fiverr.

Are you sure about this? I've never heard that you can't monetize videos with text to speech voice over...

Try Rollideo to convert a text to a video with a voice-over.

I've found most text to speech software (and videos) to be low quality, and low on substance. It's best if you can perform the video yourself, or outsource the video, as this would produce a better viewer experience.

Yes, absolutely. The thinking is that this is for a very technical audience, and we're communicating relatively technical information, so they may not need a big production right now, if it means access to this info in an easy to digest format.

Ideally we would have someone develop a custom video, but I'm hoping this more automated method will allow us to create more of these to start, see how it works, then perhaps move into something more sophisticated.

It's basically our first foray into video marketing, and they're only explainer videos, not product promotion or even product marketing videos.
