I have SMS, Emails, & RMV's

Hello Everyone,
Hope everyone is having a lovely evening. I am still so new to the whole marketing game, but I am obsessed with it and my goal is to figure this out. I want to be able to master this, what do I currently do ?

I do real estate marketing via SMS i send out SMS to homeowners to see if they are interested in selling I send out about 800 SMS a day, with that said I also have their emails

How can I retarget these homeowners ?



I know how to send SMS, RMV's, still learning email marketing. Is there a blueprint on how you guys would recommend me to market to them strategically ? Like a step by step ? Any help would be great guys.

    To make sales over phone with people who dont know you its hard but if you get their emails its great .Try to build a relationship with them by information ,helping emails etc and from time to time send them a selling email

    I think the "We have buyers interested in your home" spam is on the same level as "Your auto warranty is about to run out" 99.9% of these randomly spammed people either have no intention of selling, do not own to begin with, or just do not trust you. So, re-targeting is probably a waste of time at best

    Nobody wants to be bugged with SMS messages about advertising. Nobody.

    Even if they opted in at one time, the opt-out rate is crazy.

    Use SMS for one-time sign-ups and things like that on mobile...otherwise you'll make people upset and not happy...

    The best way to get customers is to advertise and have them contact you

      Yes, there will be more opt-outs than opt-ins here.

    Try practicing lead generation first with a traffic source. Build a lead funnel targetting Phone/email and then you would want to build whats called an automation flow. Yeah you have to put the hard work in setting up the system, but it will run like no other.
