ebay selling decreased

hello there,

I have an ebay account since 7 years. I have one product selling it minimum 10 times a day since 1 year. Since 4 days I sold only maximum 1 per day. Another seller contacted me on ebay and said. „If you don't take out this product I will promise you, you will only sell 1 item per day". My product is cheaper than other competitor. My qusetion how did he done that ? I only can sell 1 item per day why ?

    Call eBay and ask if there have been any complaints. Have the "message" available to e-mail them - even better if they did it through eBay.

    I hope that competitor contacted you via email so that you have written proof that they tried to get you to remove a competitive product. That sure seems like it is illegal (collusion).

    Ebay has turned into a race to the bottom where everyone wants to sell as cheap as possible. it was tough for us to do but we stopped most of our ebay sales and don't miss jumping through all their hoops.

    Maybe this man just asked customer support to check out your account on scamming actions. I believe you, and I support in this situation. I guess you have to contact customer support and sort out this issue cohesively with them. They must sort out in this situation as it's a strict violation of the rules. At least, if you haven't already checked the rules of this platform, then do it. Probably, something might be changed and you didn't check it out.

    If everything is okay with the agreement, with the ebay's policy - then apply to customer support and quarrel with them because it's a super confusing situation.
