Bing ads pay per click - Adding card issue

Hi guys!

Do any of you are facing this?
whenever you created a new bing ads account and intended to add the credit card

Bing ads will appear this MAGIC sentence:

The information of the credit card that you have just typed is not correct
And then sooner or later, your new account will get suspended

It's quite difficult to create a new bing ads account these days
Is that correct or maybe i did it wrong?

    I don't understand why people run to this forum when their is a issue with a Credit Card payment. You should reach out to the company and let them solve it. Instead of playing around asking on a forum.
