CPA networks scrubbing leads and conversions

Been doing alot of research on Cpa network. Been running test traffic for a few SOI offers on max bounty.

Is it me or does anyone else get the feeling that they are not reporting leads and conversions?

What is the most ethical cpa network around?

    They scrub leads to remove duplicates and fraudulent leads...each company has its own parameters as far as I know.


    I would think any CPA company that did NOT have a method to vet leads would not be in business long.
