    Not sure how anyone can help. your question is vague at best. try giving us something to go on.

    What are your current stats? What are you doing now to drive traffic? Are you building a list? What is your social media strategy so far?Are you doing paid ads, and what are the results so far?

    What do you mean by, I did SEO?

    If you did SEO as I understand it (not as a plugin does), you would get traffic.

    Are you?

    If you are getting traffic but no purchases, you need to work on conversions.

    If you are not getting traffic, you need to do something that gets you visitors. Can be SEO, buying ads, social media marketing.

    You need to start driving TRAFFIC to your site, whether it is free or paid traffic. You need to start collecting emails from people who visit your site and start following them up. Continue doing these activities and soon you will see you first sales, second,and s on.
