Recuiting Affiliates

Hello everyone, I am not sure if I am posting in the right place, but I am new here, and I run a company that sells high ticket items ranging from $10,000-$150,000 selling off grid bunkers. I was referred to warrior forum and would like to offer an affiliate program for my company, but not sure where to start. I have advertised on craigslist job section under marketing, but most people called me a scammer when I said they had to provide their own leads.
I feel if you are being an affiliate, you must provide your own leads and pay to generate it. I am going to offer training on how I generate my own sales, but I need help knowing where to recruit affiliates to do this.
I am not interested in click bank because this is not a $50 products, but was planning to do my own platform with my own tracking.

    You can place an ad either in the classified section or in the affiliate program database. You could also create a sig file for a nominal fee and promote your affiliate program there - although that would only be worthwhile if you posted regularly with helpful or interesting content.
