For SEO purposes, I like my domain to have www but the problem is when I add www to my WordPress site I can't login anymore with the same username & password. Anyone knows how to fix this please?

Thank you

Should be related to the redirect settings in htaccess. Try removing the redirect setting and confirm once and if that seems to the issue, get the right code to redirect.

There aren't any benefits of adding www for SEO. Anyway, the redirection should not be a reason for you not be able to login. Reset your password, probably you are using a wrong one.
You can also edit the .htaccess file and remove redirection. Just renaming the file will do the job

You're going to have to change it back by going into the database using phpMyAdmin. After that you can login again.

Yes, and for those less technical, phpMyAdmin comes standard with cpanel, so that is where you find it.

If you don't have cpanel, you can ask your host how to access phpMyAdmin.
