Article Marketing?

Articles are just like the columns that you read in newspapers, magazines, etc. You can have the same idea and phrase it differently if you want. However, you might want to post the 2 articles on different days.

If you promote very general stuff, you might get very general results. If you promote targetted stuff, you'll get targetted results.

It's up to you what and how you want to promote.

There are lots of article marketing experts here in the Warrior Forums that you can find on EzineArticles - off my mind, I can think of Steven Wagenheim. Search for him on EzineArticles and observe how he does it in his articles.

- Get ideas from other articles on the same topic.
- Search Google for reviews about the product and expand on that for articles.
- Use the product yourself and submit articles about your experiences.
- Compare it with other products that do similar things or solve similar problems.
- Sit down and brainstorm about all the things you can relate to this product. Then, work on developing one article about each idea.

The key to coming up with a quantity of articles is narrowing the focus of each article. If you're tempted to write about 3 different things, expand each point and make it one article. Now you've turned one big article into 3.

If you market them at places like EzineArticles, you can submit as few as 250 words per article. Keep it down in the 250-350 word range and you'll be surprised how fast you can fill up a page with just one or two good ideas per article.

Make sure each article has a good call to action at the end in the resource box. Don't just post your bio, which is a mistake a lot of new writers make. Give readers a reason to click your link at the end.

A good way to promote a product with articles is to write about the benefits of the product. Write about how the product is used to solve a problem. Case studies are successful. Comparisons are good too.
