Do brands monitor CPV popups?

Hi guys, I've studied a marketing strategy to harness the power of CPV traffic. For those of you who don't know, CPV stands for Cost Per View. This is basically popup ad traffic. If the user installs adware on their pc then ads can be displayed to them when they visit certain websites. The strategy involves creating a fan club mailing list squeeze page popup and redirecting the user to an email submit cpa offer. The squeeze page says "Join the Facebook Fan Club Mailing List & get a free gift!" This popup will show when the user visits Facebook's website.

This was taught on the CPV Den forum.

Does Facebook, Netflix, etc monitor CPV traffic? Can they see the popup ads? That means that they would have to install the adware on their computers to view this. The CPV network that I joined (ZeroPark) says my lander is ok. There are no trademarks on it.
