How many conversions should I require? (paid ads question)

Hi guys, I'm using Propeller Ads push notifications to drive traffic to a cpa offer.

So far, I've found 2 ad zones that have produced a sale each.

Is 1 sale per adzone enough for me to keep spending money on it?

My worry is that when I try to scale, I will lose money because 1 sale per ad zone may not be enough.

PPC Coach once said that, in the context of Facebook Ads, I want to see 3 or more conversions per ad set before considering spending more money on that ad set. An ad zone is similar to an ad set.

What do you think?

Thanks

This is a simple ROI equation and there is no such thing as a blanket minimum for every single product niche,

Is the money you spent more than the profit you realized from the ads in that "zone"? If so, it is not profitable to advertise to that segment. If you made more than you spent, it is. No rocket science here!

That said, you have to let an ad run long enough and have enough impressions or clicks before you can make a realistic judgment. Usually, you cannot make an educated assessment until those things are in the thousands.
