    Is it vs. doing it yourself? I did it myself and it's hard. I would recommend a mixture of it or hire someone.

    It just depends on whether you would be able to do it yourself or not. And of course how much time you have available.

    Otherwise I would say it is always a good option to hire freelancers who are qualitative and have knowledge of what they do.

    Hire it out to an agency that has adequate resources and expertise, yet still more cost effective than a free lancer who might be spread thin due to work overload from other clients.

    Seems more to promote signature than to provide advice....you would have no way of knowing what a freelancer's work load is.

    In the past what ever the skill set was u tried to figure it out in my own but i always failed quite badly infact, the good thing about hiring a free lancer they are usually quite cost effective and very reasonable, and any thing you cant understand u can just tell them what u want done and they will do it, and even call on their expertize and they will give you their recommendation and how to complete the task and because they will send you a review of the work, you can always go away and study how they done it, or just use them again for your next project
