How do I achieve 10x Scale for Marketing Lead Gen Agency

I run a business that gets leads for marketing agencies. I consistently bring in 6-10 new clients per month.

I do this mainly through cold outreach through email and LinkedIn.

But I've now set a much bigger goal -- I want to get 80 clients in a month. I've spent the last two weeks arranging some changes in the team and our structure to enable us to quickly handle that sort of volume.

Now my time is limited so I can't keep doing outreach to grow to 80 new clients added per month. At least not by myself.

So I'm struggling to decide which strategy I should focus on. Here are a few ideas I have:

1) Strategic Partnerships -- primarily with coaches and people who run "schools" for marketing agencies. They have lots of clients, in some cases 100+, I can partner with them to get access to their clients and add a new revene stream for their biz.

2) Google Ads -> Lead Magnet -> Email Nurturing -> Call -> Sell

Alternatively I can also do

Google Ads -> VSL Landing Page with 30+ Video Case Studies -> Lead Magnet Popup -> (email nurturing if they get the popup) -> Call -> Sell

3)SEO / content production -> tap into organic traffic.

4) Become an influencer on social media and build an audience like that.

My instinct inclines me towards (1) or (2). What do experienced people who have made MILLIONS here think? Where should I focus, and how should I do it?

I'd go with #2 first, then #1, then all of the others.

Thank you. What is your thinking?

Also, which of the two funnels I'm thinking about do you think I should try first?

One of my current mentors recommended focusing on building the personal brand more and running webinars since I can get much higher engagement that way than through outreach alone. But probably will be hard to reach 80 sales/mo that way.

2 produces results the fastest and it is the easiest to scale. (You have 2 versions, not sure which one would be best... Version B has an extra step, which usually deters; but a ton of good info might persuade enough of them to compensate)

3 is a good idea but takes time

1 is a good idea but takes time.
4... I am not an influencer, but it takes time and once you're an influencer you still have to pitch them, add them to your funnel if they do not buy right away... Can you be such an influencer that you say buy and they buy on the spot?

I would go with # 1 and #4, both of this may help you. #4 maybe quite hard but nowadays most of people are using social medias even in business. Just my opinion.

Can you automate much or all of what you've already been doing? If it must be manually done, can you delegate some of it to a lower $$/hr person? I figured out my LI leadgen process, documented it, then delegated it to a $20/hr assistant. Say 9 out of 10 conversations in messenger go the way the process describes: now I'm only dealing with 1 in 10 conversations and far less than a tenth of the work because she does the outreach.

The question is: are there 10X clients available out there? Or will you burn through the list? Do 10X the work and you should see 10X the results if the client pool exists.

Doing JVs is good because they have already done the heavy lifting of identifying a BUYER. The better the overlap of interest with your offer the more effective it'll be. However, your mileage may vary: I like JVs...I have a good friend who is far more experienced in that world and yet does not like them. It is possible to get burned, particularly if the payouts are not automated, or you're subject to clawbacks. Keep your lightsaber handy.

These two options are much faster than the other two.

    You are trying too hard.

Try ONE single strategy, if it gets you the results you are looking for, continue with it.

Then try another one and so forth.

I would also go to Amazon and buy a book called "Traffic Secrets" by Russell Brunson. This will help you a lot.

I'm a little confused. You generate leads for marketing agencies...and you want to know how to generate leads for yourself?

Isn't that the business you are in? My best advice is to generate your leads the same way you generate them for others. Then you can say that you practice what you preach. The real benefit of marketing (prospecting) for your own clients, the same way you market for them as a service...is that this is absolute proof that your service works.

When I sold my own online marketing service, my prospects would often ask "How do I know this woks?" And I would say, "How do you think I got in front of you today?".

That said, strategic partnerships are the fastest and surest way to build any business.

I'm not sure why nobody has asked you about referrals. And I'm not sure why you didn't suggest referrals yourself.

Strategic partnerships are a form of referral.

But if you already have clients that are happy with your work, believe me, they have bragged to others in their business. I would call them and ask who they talked to about your service. And then give these people a call.

SalesHub did a series of surveys with 30,000 reps in hundreds of different businesses.

    The top 10% in every business category had two things in common;
    1) Their clients thought of them as trusted advisors.
    2) They almost exclusively worked through referrals.

The top 1%? They just did the same things as the top 10%, only longer. And with bigger clients.

I would go with # 1. Just focus on one first so you won't get stressed on having so much in mind.

Is more clients the best way for you to increase revenue and profit. If you don't have time to put the effort in to bringing in 10x more clients. If successful to you have the time to serve the new and existing clients.

Can you hire train and manage the 10x more people you may need to handle the increase in the number of clients.

Then will you just end up eating up anymore revenue in new expenses.

Is there more you can do for the clients you are already get. To keep them longer and earn more revenue and profit from each client.
