Do I have to register my I-net business?

Dear WARRIORS!
I do need the answer to such a question:
I have an Internet business, my market is mainly in the USA, my products can be used by people all over the world.

And the problem. I don't live in the US, but promote my services in America via INTERNET.
So, is it normal? Or do I have to register my business IN AMERICA?
Logically I think I don't have to, but still I have to ask-to be condfident about it.
I pay taxes in my own country for the profits got thanks to my business - and that's all.

So,BEST WARRIORS in the world, please: do I have to register something in the country whose market I target?
But people from other countries can also use my serivces - and so I have to register in all theese countries? - However this is super illogical! Isn't it?

THANK YOU for YOUR ANSWER!

I know you have to follow by the FTC guidelines no matter where you live if you sell in the US but your best bet would be to talk to a lawyer here in the US to find out about having to register your biz in the country and maybe they would be able to guide you in regards to dealing with all the other countries in the world.

I would assume you have to do nothing special. Unless of course you have a bank account in america, or office or some type of physical presence in the country.

Plus like you said, people from other countries will be buying your product too, what if someone buys from uganda, brazil, japan? No one could follow all those.

But all that is irrelevant, because if you have a merchant account, like the one I use for example, which is Fastspring.com they handle taxes and the like when it comes to dealing with other countries. All I have to do is get my check

Still check it out though with someone a little more qualified, I am not a tax lawyer or any kind of lawyer for that matter.

The best answer is to get advice from a qualified legal and/or accountant.

Any answers you get here don't mean anything and could get you into more trouble.

    All the best,
    Michael
