remove a page from google listing for particular keyword

I am basically a programmer not an SEO expert, we are maintaining a page for our internal setup which address will be as http://23.xx.xxx.xx/project/signin.

In google when we use a particular keyword we found the above link with page get listed in top 5, how to remove this and stop listing out our anyother ip addresses which are basically used for our own internal purposes only.

    i am not sure if you use word press or wixx, but how i remove keywords or add on wp, is have my focus keyword, and just take it out and put in, bear mind you would need to update your blog post to reflect this, and probly best amend the tags normally this is done by editing page and take out tags and put new ones in having a space in between each tag, as far as time frame i am not sure how long it takes goggle to update it should tell you within in a few days via goggle search console normally 15 days or so
