    Are you looking to do some kind of Joint Venture? If so, you can post this to the Joint Venture forum.

    If you're looking to target the above via email, then running an email lead generation campaign seems to be in order. You'll have to find an email list broker or a full-service email marketing service provider in order to reach your target market.

    I am in Canada and I fit in at least two of the above categories - I have the credentials, licenses etc.

    However, if I would get a mail from you (or anybody else) that I didn't request, read: I didn't sign up to receive messages from you... your mail would end up in the junk folder/deleted without even reading it.
