Best way to delete and remove GMB from search permanently?

TL;DR: GMB that wasn't opened by the owner. Not claimed. What's the best way to completely remove it?

I'm helping someone to delete his business's GMB.

He didn't even know that he has a GMB and didn't open it himself, it has wrong information, it's not claimed and has a few (6 to be exact) negative reviews from competitors and people he knows.

What's the best way you suggest removing his profile completely?

I'm currently contemplating, on whether should we claim it and then change all the info to fake info, so it won't be connected to his business. After it's claimed we will lose some other methods that can be used though... OR reporting an edit as non-extant or closed which is less likely to work, plus will take long time which we don't currently have.

The best way is to contact Google directly. You should also have Google remove all the past information since it was falsely claimed. Here is the link to the exact page to fix your business profile - https://support.google.com/business/...30056172947-NA

You will see they have four choices in Blue. Looking at the page you probably want to use the first choice. Where it says how to remove Owners and Managers.

Please read my reply to DWolfe , you guys probably didn't understand me correctly, this GMB that I'm talking about isn't claimed at all and it wasn't created by the owner

Then all you have to do is apply GMB, if there is any information on the page. Ask Google to remove it.

            Could you please kindly elaborate?

Do you advise on claiming ownership of that GMB and then what do you mean by "if there is any information on the page. Ask Google to remove it."?

Are you talking about just filing for deletion of that GMB? From what I know, this approach takes a long time for the GMB and its contents to actually disappear from search, since it first gets marked as closed.

For a faster solution, Is it better to just try to get it suspended so it disappears completely? Or maybe claiming it and then changing all the info to random info?

What you want to do is have the owner of the business claim ownership. It should not take long to fill out. If there is any random information there change it to the correct information. That would be the best way in my opinion/

I meant changing all the legit information to random in order to get rid of that GMB, not doing the opposite. Claiming the business and making sure that all the information on file is correct will kinda do the opposite of what I'm trying to do, which is getting completely rid of that GMB.

The business isn't claimed at all. The owner didn't create it, and it still isn't claimed. What do you think is best to do in that case?
