Blind man seeking guide

Looking for some help.
I have a free classified adverts web site which is seeing a steadily increasing amount of visitors (from 213 uniques in January to 2989 uniques so far in November).
Bandwidth used in November is 4.7Gb so far with Googlebot using 2,7Gb.
Alexa rank, if it matters, is 633,457.
I have some affiliate ads in the various blogs on the site and adwords ad blocks.
Despite the apparent traffic, I am getting few hits on any adwords and no affiliate sales.
Before my sight fails completely (or until it is surgically recovered) I would really like to know how to capitalize on this traffic. I am not an internet marketer so don't have tools like an auto responder nor do I have any opt in pages because I don't have my own product or newsletter.
Looking at AWStats most of the visitors are going to the various blogs. AWStats tells me the majority of my visitors are coming from USA while Alexa tells me the majority is coming from India.
Since I am absolutely broke, has anyone any ideas that I could use to get sales from these visitors? (Please remember my sight is very bad so I am limited to the amount of time I can spend on the computer)
