Print On Demand Business

Your business model scenario would have been great
a couple of years ago, but everybody is using A.I. image
generators such as Midjourney to develop their designs
including ones for their POD operations.

Not only that but all the major POD services can easily
be integrated into Etsy, TikTok, and anywhere else that
people can market things.

So I doubt anyone is looking for designers to collaborate
with, when people can generate their own designs in five
seconds and keep the profits for themselves, especially
when POD profits aren't enough to split with someone.

It's great to come up with new ideas but it's important to
keep up with the industry so that you evolve as things
progress.

POD has many models; paper, clothing, mugs, etc.

Suggest you start with your BIG audience, who are they and why are they a part of your audience. At this point you don't know if they would be interested in anything POD, right?

What do you think you might be able to offer these people, knowing what you know about why they are in your audience?

You may not need a collaborator, or you might want to find one, begin with answering the question of yourself: Why do I have a big audience and what might they want?

It feels too one sided, you want to MONETIZE, but do they want to be? Maybe they do.

You can always find collaborators if you really need one, but first thing, figure out if you have a market or not, do some simple testing.

There are many marketing platforms to get your message out and in front of people who may need print on demand. I usually just link my phone number to a page and market where people can easily find me. Once you have buyers lined up, full fill their order to keep good reputation.
