What would you like to see in a IM forum?

I have a small IM/SEO forum and i need ideas what sections to add on the forum. I don't want to just simply copy existing forums like Warrior's or DP, but want to add something unique. Help me brainstorming please what i could add

      Great idea... expanding on it...

      Mastermind group areas for people in the same general area of business to brainstorm ideas. Being sure to keep it well strucured and a weekly 'hot seat' where every member of that section can help solve a single person's problems that week. Rotate the hot seat weekly.
      Keep the MM groups small enough that everyone is in the hot-seat every 2-3 months. (8-12 members)

      you could make a forum with nothing but MM groups and do reasonably well I would think if there was strong enough leadership and structure.

    If your forum is targetting Newbies then you should definately consider having a section on the basics of IM and web design.

    I'd stick some How To's. From there users can explore, ask questions. That's what newbies do.
