Anyone else having GetResponse issues again?

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues at GetResponse again?

For the past while (after their upgrade issues were mostly rectified), things have been working okay.

However, I've had two things happening:

1) I sent a support request like over a week ago and have never heard back from them. (I usually did get responses, so this is kinda strange.) Now off the top of my head I can't remember what it was for :p so obviously not something major.

2) You can schedule broadcasts, or send immediately.

I set about a half dozen or so messages out today to my various lists (obviously 1 each lol)...

But when I individually chose them (not "all"), they all seem to be sitting in the "queue" as "scheduled" - yet they've been there over an hour.

So I took one of them, and thought, I'll do a "true" schedule to see how that goes - last week, truly "scheduled" ones seemed to go faster.

Unfortunately - it's also still sitting in the queue.

I thought it was an issue with my email because email is slower today as people are gearing for the holiday in the US, but since it's still sitting in the "scheduled" queue, obviously it's not on my end.

Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing stuff like this? :confused:

Yes, I do recognize that sometimes things are a little delayed going out (i.e., they have to go in batches), but only one other time have they ever taken this long to go when sent - that was during their major switchover.

Frustrating when you put things on timed / fast response bonuses for people, and they don't even get it for quite a while longer!
