Anyone offer a "cast Iron" Guarantee with a real book?

I am using create space to publish One of my ebooks.
The ebook version has had few refunds - 3 in 2 years and they were because the buyers didn't know it was a download book.

I can't see that I can give a guarantee when I am using create space/amazon to run the sales process.

The problem is I only want to have one sales page so I need to do the same offer and guarantee to both ebook customers and real book customers

    f you're confident then offer the guarentee.

    It should be obvious to you that they'd bought if they send the book back to you

    On the downside there is no way that Amazon or Creatspace are going to give you their cut back or accept the book back because you offered a guarentee
