Form Builder - How to Monetize?

Hi all, I've developed one of the most flexible and powerful form/application builders on the web (very similar to Caspio Bridge - Overview). I've developed this over a few years and myself and some of my clients are the only one that uses this though.

I'd love to sell it. I've thought about wrapping it up as a wordpress plugin or doing something similar to WuFoo and selling memberships... or possibly customizing it for vertical markets like hotel reservations, just not sure where to take but I know there is ALOT of value.

What do I do? Thanks in advance for any advice!

    Create a membership program out of it and for a fee they can use it such as that as a plugin or what have you. Offer install service and support on it as well.

    My first thought was, who uses this. Then try to find advertisers that would be interested in that target, that you could generate some kind of income from, either through pay per click or view based.
